There are six ways you can access our counselors.  You choose what's comfortable and what works best for you.

The cost is based on the Service you use, and they are:

• Email Advice - $15.00

This is per submission of an email. This service allows you to write down your thoughts whenever you want and just send it off to us. We check our email several times every hour. You will be sent to an email form. Please complete it so that our Counselor may respond to you with the needed advice you seek. Our Counselor will respond to you within 48 hours of the submission. You can read the response when you're ready to hear what your Counselor has to say. This is also our most economical method of accessing a Counselor.

• Live Personal Chat - $45.00

A "Live Personal Chat" session is a maximum of 50 minutes (1-50). This is a Live one on one chat with your own personal Counselor. If you select this service you will be linked to a Counselor’s appointment schedule. Please schedule a time to meet that Counselor in our Private Chat Room. You will be given information on how to go to that Chat Room upon signing up. This will protect your confidentiality. At the scheduled time you picked, a Counselor will meet you in the Chat Room to help/advise you in any way he/she can.

• Group Chat - $25.00

A "Group Chat" session is a maximum of 50 minutes (1-50). There may be from 2 to 15 individuals in a group chat. If you select this service you will be linked to a Counselor’s appointment schedule, which lists the dates and time available for the group chat.  If there are not enough for a group chat at that time, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule or pick a "Live Personal Chat" on that date scheduled. You will be given information on how to go to that group Chat Room and will be provided with a User Name and Password. This will protect your confidentiality. At the scheduled time you picked, a Counselor will meet you and the other participates in the group Chat Room to help/advise you in any way he/she can.

• Phone (800) Chat - $55.00

A "Phone (800) Chat" session is a maximum of 50 minutes (1-50). If you select this service you will be linked to a Counselor’s appointment schedule. Please schedule a time to meet that Counselor over our 1-800-phone line. You will be given the 1-(800) number and information on how to place the call. You will also be given a User Name and Password to disclose to the Counselor when you meet on the phone. This will protect your confidentiality. At the scheduled time you picked, a Counselor will await your call to help/advise you in any way he/she can.

• Video/Audio Chat - $55.00

Technologically, this is a one of a kind and cutting edge Service!!  A "Video/Audio Chat" session is a maximum of 50 minutes (1-50).  If you select this service you will be linked to a Counselor’s appointment schedule. Please schedule a time to meet that Counselor over our advanced Video/Audio Chat.
(NOTE: The Video Service will only be available if you have video capability on your computer, unless you chose to only be able to see your Counselor. The Audio service is only available if you have audio capability on your computer).
You will be given information on how to download any FREE software needed for this service. You will only need to do this on your first visit. When you come back this will not be needed. You will be given a User Name and Password to log in with. This will protect your confidentiality. At the scheduled time you picked, a Counselor will meet you in the Video/Audio Private Chat Room to help/advise you in any way he/she can.

• NEED HELP NOW? - $65.00

Ask Advice/Help of the Counselor On-line NOW Service. The session is a maximum of 50 minutes (1-50). If you select this service you will be linked immediately to a live online Counselor (no appointments needed).  Allow at least 15 minutes for your session to setup and begin.  This is a GREAT service if you need information/advice RIGHT NOW and can’t wait for an appointment.  You will be given information on how to meet with the live Counselor in one of our Private Chat Rooms and will be provided with a User Name and Password. This will protect your confidentiality. The Counselor will meet with you in the Private Chat Room to help/advise you in any way she/he can.

If our Counselor is more than 15 minutes late, you will be credited for that session or it may be carried over to the next one (if you desire). If you are more than 15 minutes late you will still be charged for that session. If the Counselor is available and does not have another appointment waiting, additional time is billed in 15-minute increments (1-15 minutes) at $25.00 for each period. For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards or we can electronically debit your checking account.

Most services are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

If this is your first visit, we want you to know our Counselors are helpful, caring, compassionate people who will help you deal with, give you advice on, and/or help you work through, almost any situation. You can feel free to talk about anything you want and know our Counselors adhere to a strict confidentiality policy. We understand and appreciate that you are putting your trust in us. We won't let you down.

There is no subject that is taboo.

Whether your situation or question deals with sex, a relationship, gender issues, legal, financial, college grant eligibility or grants, occupational therapy, a past or present trauma in your life, substance abuse or addictions, eating disorders, a problem at work or home, fitness, weight loss, depression, anxiety, phobias, parenting, an illness, career/job placement, construction, physical therapy, or just about anything else, we are here for you. That's why we are called the "Counselors Link" and why we've tried to make it as easy as possible for you to get the advice/help you want and need.

All of our counselors are Licensed and/or Certified Professionals who care deeply about their clients, and who work very hard to help them achieve the good health, needed information, advice, and peace of mind they desire in their lives.  That's our goal.

Since we want to make your experience as comfortable as possible, feel free to give us "feed back/comments" on how we might make it better. After speaking to your Counselor, if you would like to schedule a follow-up appointment, you can set a mutually convenient time right then and there.

No matter which method you choose you get the benefits of professional, thoughtful, advice. Many of our clients develop an on-going relationship with their Counselor, but that is strictly up to you.

We've also been asked: "How can you offer professional advice from Counselors at your low price when everybody else seems to want $100-$200 an hour for an appointment?" The answer is simple. Our overhead is very low. We know there are a lot of people who want and need help, but before Counselor’s Link they couldn't afford it. We hope this makes it easier for you.

We realize that accessing a Counselor online or by telephone may not be appropriate for every situation. If your Counselor feels that you would be better served by a face-to-face visit with another Counselor, he/she will suggest that to you.
