1) Open Microsoft Exchange and click Tools, then click Options.

2) Next make sure you click on the Services tab, and then select Internet Mail - from the list.

3) Then, after Internet Mail is highlighted, click on the Properties button.

4) Next, make sure you select the General Tab
where it says Internet Mail server:
